The Pavilion D'Orient is situated in an old colonial mansion surrounded by lush tropical gardens in Siem Reap.
Styled to resemble the 1930s era, the rooms are quaint and comfortable, with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Every room has a private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
The open air restaurant 'Le Planteur' is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and also serves snacks and drinks throughout day. The cuisines is a mix of Khmer and western.
There is a salt water swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing, and a simple spa for some light pampering.
The Pavilion D'Angkor is well located for exploring the sites and the hotel is excellent value for money for the services and facilities provided.

Superior - This is our first really 'upmarket' category. It might be a beautiful tiny hotel with very limited facilities or a 5* resort hotel with all the trimmings; but any hotel in this category will be a well-run establishment with very comfortable rooms, a strong service ethos and excellent food.

the service levels in this hotel are the best I’ve ever experienced. They can’t do enough and are always smiling. Even the night security man smiled when we rolled in after midnight having been out on pub street. The breakfast was great and available anytime you wanted. The rooms are large and well appointed and the pool is fine. We can’t see the point of spending money on the Hotel De La Paix now as you are never in your hotel except to sleep. Definitely worth the upgrade to an upstairs room though for the privacy as much as anything else.

The Pavillion D'Orient (was) one of the best, lovely Salt swimming Pool in tranquil settings. The staff are so lovely there.
