Formerly the Guoman Hotel, the property was completely renovated and refurbished in 2009 and has been receiving rave reviews since. Indeed, the ultra modern style and design have given the property a completely new and lively identity.

The hotel has all the facilities you would expect from a well reputed chain. There are a total of 154 rooms and suites, all with modern amenities and comforts, split into different categories depending on size and view. There's no swimming pool (which is quite normal for hotels in Hanoi), but a spa and massage centre offer treatments to help you unwind after a busy day sightseeing.

Overall the Movenpick should appeal to anyone looking to stay in good quality, modern accommodation without blowing the budget. Its also in a great location for anyone arriving or departing from Hanoi by train.
