The May Hotel is an excellent mid-range property offering all the essential facilities in the heart of downtown Saigon.

Opened in 2007, this modern hotel has a total of 118 cosy rooms split into four categories. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern en-suite bathrooms. Most rooms have good city views and the May Deluxe Rooms also have private balconies.

The real selling point of the property is a huge rooftop swimming pool, far larger than you will find in most hotels in a similar price bracket. The pool is also accompanied by a sauna, steam room and fitness room, all of which are free for in house guests.

Other facilities include restaurant, bar and lounge. The property is also surrounded by a huge variety of restaurants, cafes and street eateries, and is a good base for exploring the downtown parts of the city on foot.

Comfort - This is what we would describe as our standard category. These will be decent 3/4* hotels providing a really good level of service. We would generally expect them to be providing a little something extra, whether it is character, service or excellent facilities.
