The Ana Mandara Villas at Dalat are a delightful way to experience the cool, sunny climbs of the central highlands.

Located on prime hillside land outside the picturesque town of Dalat, the 17 villas are dispersed through 35 acres of dense pine forest. Originally colonial holiday villas, the external structured have been beautifully restored and the interiors redecorated to create a variety of enticing and relaxing spaces, luxuriously appointed to ensure total comfort.

There are a total of 57 rooms, all of which are unique but share light colour schemes, comfortable beds, cast iron bathtubs and French shutters. Service is impeccable and each villa has a butler on hand 24 hours a day. Striking views of the surrounding town, countryside and flourishing vegetable fields abound from all areas of the gently sloping hillside property.

As a Six Senses resort, the Ana Mandara Villas have a first rate spa offering a full range of high end treatments in blissful surroundings. The resort has a good swimming pool and fitness centre. There are antique Citroen cars to transport you to your rooms on arrival and many original and antique fittings and furnishings are incorporated into the design throughout. One villa is the dedicated restaurant serving a variety of fresh dishes of both Vietnamese and French origin. In villa dining is also possible.

The Dalat region was popularised by the French towards the end of the 19th century who favoured its cool climbs to escape the searing heat experience throughout the country. The journey up through the central highlands is impressive and the town of Dalat has a quaint charm.
