Aleenta Pranburi is a chic villa resort on a quiet stretch of white sand beach in Pranburi, south of the increasingly popular Hua Hin. The resort consists of ten uniquely designed suites which overlook the sea. The newly constructed ‘Frangipani Wing’ is located a few hundred metres north of the original resort and has added a further eleven suites. All suites are unique and offer a range of facilities including private infinity pools, laid-back lounge areas and two-person stone bath tubs. All are designed in a thatched cottage style, with Ipod docking stations, Ipods and a size-able music library. Wireless internet is available free of charge throughout the resort.

The overall design is sophisticated and modern, with a light colour scheme to compliment the natural materials used. A fusion of Mediterranean and ethnic Asian design influences creates a space that is private, tranquil and welcoming.

The resort restaurant serves a healthy mix of dishes from a variety of cuisines. Seafood is a speciality and there is a wide wine list to compliment the choice of food. Many of the herbs and vegetables used are grown organically in the resort nursery. A separate bar sits raised on a mezzanine level overlooking the infinity swimming pool and is elegantly furnished with cushions and lounge chairs.

The KA Spa is the excellent in house spa of the resort and offers a full range of treatments from experienced staff. The spa also offers Yoga, Tai Chi and classes in Spa cuisine. The resort operate a varied and changing assortment of excursions. These would normally include Kayaking, boat trips and snorkeling and sometimes day trips to national parks further afield.

Nearby Hua Hin offers a great selection of restaurants and nightlife and some good shopping. The surrounding area also has some excellent adventure activities and a plethora of golf courses to choose from. Several National Parks are also found in the vicinity with a variety of flora and fauna and trips can be organised through the hotel.

Sleek and sophisticated with service and style.

Deluxe - Deluxe hotels would have a superb level of service, very comfortable and usually spacious bedrooms, excellent food, great design and character. For us, when we visited, these places all had the 'wow factor'. A deluxe hotel should satisfy the criteria of the most discerning clients.
