The Thande Beach Hotel is a quality mid-range hotel on Ngapali’s spectacular, sweeping beach.
With 38 Deluxe Rooms, the resort is small enough to be intimate, yet spacious enough to be private. All rooms are the same and vary only in their location – either in the lush garden or overlooking the resort’s wide beachfront.
Spacious and well appointed, the rooms are largely constructed from polished teak wood and feature king size beds, additional single bed, rattan furniture, satellite tv and quality en-suite bathrooms with separate bathtub and shower. Shaded private verandas with rattan sun loungers are the ideal place to retreat from the mid-day sun. With two beds as standard in each room and the possibility of adding a third, the resort is an ideal choice for families.
Facilities include a decent swimming pool and jacuzzi, free wifi internet, in house spa, pool, beachside bar and large private beach area with sun loungers. The hotel’s restaurants serve a variety of Burmese, Thai, Chinese and European cuisine in seductive settings.
The Thande Beach Hotel is an excellent option for those visiting Ngapali Beach. The service is friendly and relaxed and the accommodation excellent value for money. Like its sister property in Bagan, the hotel will appeal to all kinds of travellers and is unlikely to disappoint.

Superior - This is our first really 'upmarket' category. It might be a beautiful tiny hotel with very limited facilities or a 5* resort hotel with all the trimmings; but any hotel in this category will be a well-run establishment with very comfortable rooms, a strong service ethos and excellent food.
